HYDRO LEDUC is a specialist in the design and manufacture of piston pumps, hydraulic motors, hydropneumatic accumulators and customized hydraulic components. For their need of R&D, and to have real test and characterization tools, Hydro LEDUC created a new laboratory equipped with 3 hydraulic test benches made by QUIRI. These powerful test benches with high pressure and oil flow capabilities, allow HYDRO LEDUC to perform various types of tests from fatigue to characterization. Test These hydraulic test benches are equipped with SPS600 digital controllers.

HYDRAULIC MOTOR TEST :
- Max pressure: 420 bars.
- Max oil flow: 200 l/mn.
- Filtration: 3 µm – 420 bar.
- Electrical engine power: 160 kW tri.
- Pump ( LEDUC): TXV 130.
- Flowmeter: 2 x 300 l/mn – 420 bar.
- Servovalve: 230 l/mn – 500 bar.
HYDRAULIC PUMP TEST :
- Max pressure: 500 bars.
- Max oil flow: 250 l/mn.
- Filtration: 3 µm – 500 bar.
- Flowmeter: 2 to 300 l/mn – 500 bar.
- Flowmeter: 0.2 à 30 l/mn – 160 bar.
PILOT LINE :
